Founded on September 16, 1958, Zhengzhou T.C.M Hospital, which is also the Zhengzhou Red Cross Hospital, is an affiliated hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine and is a rehabilitation hospital for injured workers in Zhengzhou City and Henan Province. Doctor Liu is also the Chairwoman of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Committee of the Zhengzhou Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Vice Chairwoman of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Committee of the Zhengzhou Medical Doctor Association. With more than 30 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Liu specializes in handling gynecological diseases, obstetric emergency, dystocia, complications and related operations. She is skilled in hysterectomy, ovarian tumor resection, radical hysterectomy, pelvic lymph node dissection and hysteroscopy. She also has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine disorders, perimenopausal syndrome and infertility. She pioneered focused ultrasound technology in Henan Province and has been appointed as a national expert in clinical focused ultrasound treatment. Focused ultrasound has achieved good clinical results in the non-invasive treatment of uterine fibroids, uterine adenomyoma, postmenopausal bleeding, cesarean-scar pregnancy and placental implantation. Dr. Liu has published more than 50 academic papers and 1 monograph. She has committed to the application of TCM in obstetrics and gynecology in recent years and has undertaken several national, provincial and municipal research projects.
